Below you can access the our membership services operational policy. It is important that you read this policy before contacting us. You will also find answers to some of the questions about member services in our Frequently Asked Questions system. By referring to the policy and FAQ you can avoid unnecessary delays, confusion and frustration.
The preferred method for contacting an industrial officer is by phone on 1800 177 244. Alternatively , you can use our simple web interface to generate a request for help. There is also a downloadable form that you can complete and fax, post or email to us (Fax (07) 3017 6299, Email representation@qpsu.org.au).

When a matter relates to a number of QPSU members in your area, the case may be referred for action either by a QPSU delegate or organiser.
If you lodge a request form (whether online or via fax/post) and you do not hear back from us within 4 work days, please phone us on 1800 177 244.
