HP Update - Outcomes to be delivered soon

Everyone involved in the interdisciplinary process is working to ensure the 30 September 2009 timeframe for completion of the Phase 2 evaluation is met.

At this stage it is anticipated that the notifications of evaluation outcomes will be sent out shortly after 30 September 2009.

As previously communicated it will take at least eight weeks for the new pay points to be adjusted to the appropriate level based on these outcomes.

The payment of back pay for eligible employees will take considerable time to process and as yet there is no target date for this. Further advice will be provided as soon as details are known.

Members working to process the adjustments and back pay in payroll departments across the state appreciate the frustration caused by the delays during the Phase 2 process and appreciate the understanding of HPs awaiting these processes.

It has been because of the hard work and dedication of all members and delegates that we have progressed this far in the implementation of what was a major win and in an extremely complex Agreement.
