2011 Footy Tipping Competitions
It's back!
The QPSU footy tipping competitions are back by popular demand, thanks to the generous support of major sponsor Hall Payne (see below). Financial members of the QPSU can take part in these two competitions and go into the running for thousands of dollars in prizes. It's free and easy to join the competitions. You sign up and tip online. The tipping web sites are currently being finalised.
For the 2011 tipping competitions there are several new features:
- new high performance and secure web servers;
- you can lodge, or change, your tips up to 10 minutes before kick-off;
- you will receive an automated reminder on Friday morning if you haven't lodged your tips;
- you will receive an automated email on Tuesday with the results;
- there are special tipping screens for iOS devices (eg iPhones) and other smart phone devices;
- you can recall and change your password online, change your email address and contact details; and
- you can generate more reports about the tipping competitions and the leagues.

Our sponsors much appreciated contribution makes it possible for there to be prizes for the winners of the competitions and random prize draws.
The system uses tipping aliases to conceal your identity. If you use the 'Organisation' field when you join to record the agency you work for / your employer, you will be able to generate a report that shows you how you are doing compared to other tippers in your area.
It doesn't matter if you are not a fantastic tipper. Just by playing, and being a financial member of the QPSU, you will be in the running for great random prize draws.
